1. Die casting mold parts are a kind of special precision long-life processing parts. Senlan has precision machine tools specializing in the production of die-casting mold parts. It has close relationship with heat treatment manufacturers. The materials are ASSAB 8407, Hitachi SKD61, Daido DH2F, etc., supplemented by DLC and TIN treatment, which greatly improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the products, and the mold life can be increased by more than 2 times.
2. High surface hardness and anti-wear. The internal hardness is strong and the resistance is particularly good. It is suitable for exporting die-casting molds and molds for high-temperature working environments (600 degrees or less) of injection molds.
